Man Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on Beechnut near South Gessner

Houston, Texas (March 16, 2020) – A man was killed in a hit-and-run accident Sunday night in Houston, according to the police.

The deadly accident occurred shortly before 10:15 p.m., March 15, on Beechnut near South Gessner.

According to the police, the man was crossing the street when he was hit by a gray Toyota Camry. The driver then fled the scene.

The man was killed in the crash.

The authorities are looking for the hit-and-run driver.

An investigation into the crash is underway. Anyone with information about the suspect is urged to call Houston Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS (8477).
