Man Killed in Semi-Truck Crash on I-20 near Stanton

One Killed in Stanton Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 20

Stanton, Texas (March 4, 2021) – According to the Texas DPS, a man was killed Monday morning in a two-vehicle crash near Stanton.

The crash was reported around 5:00 a.m., March 1, on Interstate 20.

Troopers said the man was driving a Chevrolet van westbound on the shoulder of the interstate when he failed to control his speed and rear-ended a semi-truck.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
