Man Killed in Wrong-Way Crash on Hwy 281 in San Antonio

Man Killed in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 281 at Josephine Street

San Antonio, Texas (November 26, 2021) – A man was killed early Friday morning in a wrong-way crash in San Antonio, according to the police.

The fatal crash occurred just before 3:00 a.m., on Highway 281 at Josephine Street.

Police said a white pickup truck was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of the highway when it collided with a black Nissan Sentra at Josephine Street.

The pickup truck driver, a man in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The Nissan driver was taken to Brooke Army Medical Center in critical condition.

The police are investigating the crash.
