59-Year-Old Man Killed in Hurst Motorcycle Accident on State Highway 121
Hurst, Texas (February 12, 2019) – A 59-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle accident Friday afternoon on a Hurst highway, according to the police.
The crash happened at about 4:13 p.m. February 8, on State Highway 121.
Police said the man was riding his motorcycle westbound on the highway when he rear-ended a Dodge SUV which was traveling in the far outside lane.
According to witnesses the man was riding the bike at a high rate of speed and was not wearing a helmet.
The victim was killed in the crash. His name has not been disclosed.
The highway was closed for three hours following the crash.
The police are investigating the crash.
