Man Seriously Injured in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on North Weidner Road

San Antonio, Texas (October 26, 2020) – A man in his 40s was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash Sunday night in San Antonio’s Northeast Side, according to police.

The accident happened around 11:30 p.m., October 25, in the 200 block of North Weidner Road near Randolph Boulevard and Interstate 35.

Police said the man had gotten out of his car by the access road of I-35 when he was struck by a vehicle.

The driver who hit the man fled the scene.

The man was taken to University Hospital with serious injuries.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
