Man Airlifted after Port Arthur Pedestrian Accident on Rosedale Avenue 

Port Arthur, Texas (January 5, 2020) – A man was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident early Saturday morning in Port Arthur, according to the police.

The accident happened around 6:06 a.m. January 4, in the 1800 block of Rosedale Avenue.

Police said a man wearing dark clothing was walking in the northbound lane in an unlit area when he was hit by a northbound car.

The man was taken to St. Elizabeth hospital and then airlifted to Hermann Memorial Hospital with a serious, life-threatening head injury.

The police are investigating the crash.
