Man Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on Westheimer Road near Dunvale

Houston, Texas (December 28, 2020) – A man was fatally hit by a vehicle Sunday night in Houston, according to police.

The deadly accident happened just before 11:00 p.m., December 27, on Westheimer Road near Dunvale.

Police said the man was crossing the street, outside of a crosswalk, when he was struck by a Dodge Challenger.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
