Man Killed in South Travis County Pedestrian Accident at South US 183 and FM 1625

Travis County, Texas (June 24, 2019) – A man was hit and killed Saturday night by a vehicle in south Travis County, a local news source reported.

The deadly accident was reported around 10:00 p.m. June 22, at the intersection of South US 183 and FM 1625.

Authorities received a call of an unconscious person laying in the roadway at the intersection.

Paramedics responded to the scene and declared the man dead at the scene. His name has not been disclosed.

No information about the involved vehicle was provided.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the crash.
