Man Seriously Injured in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident near Hot Wells
San Antonio, Texas (April 4, 2019) – A man in a wheelchair was hit by a car Wednesday night in San Antonio, a local news source reported.
The accident occurred just after 9:00 p.m. April 3, off South New Braunfels near Hot Wells.
Police said the man in the wheelchair was crossing the street, outside of a crosswalk, when a car hit him.
The man was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
The car driver stayed at the scene after the accident.
The area is not well lit which was a contributing factor in the crash.
The police are investigating the crash.
