Man and Woman Killed in Lewisville Pedestrian Accident on FM 3040 (Round Grove Road)
Lewisville, Texas (September 27, 2022) – A man and woman were killed after they were hit by a vehicle Tuesday morning in Lewisville, according to police.
The deadly crash occurred at about 6:15 a.m. on Farm Road 3040, also known as Round Grove Road.
Police said a vehicle, driven by a man in his 60s, was traveling eastbound on Farm Road 3040 when it struck a man and woman who were believed to be 30 to 40 years old.
The man and woman both died in the crash. The names of the victims have not been released pending notification of next of kin.
The roadway was shut down following the wreck.
