Milton Wolfe Among Four Killed in Springtown Two-Vehicle Crash on FM 51 near Texas 199

Springtown, Texas (May 26, 2021) – According to the police, four people were killed Tuesday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash north of Springtown.

The fatal crash happened around 12:45 p.m., May 25, in the 2900 block of Farm-to-Market Road 51 near Texas 199.

Police said two vehicles were involved in the collision.

Three people were pronounced dead at the scene. Their identities have not been released.

A fourth victim, 84-year-old Milton Wolfe, was taken to Texas Health Harris Methodist Azle Hospital, where he later died.

The crash closed FM 51 between Thomas Road and CR 3699.

The crash remains under investigation.
