Miranda Meckel Killed in Brazos County Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 21 near Pleasant Hill Road

Brazos County, Texas (December 15, 2021) – One person was killed Monday night in a two-vehicle crash in Bryan, west Brazos County, according to the DPS.

The fatal crash occurred around 6:20 p.m., December 13, on Highway 21 near Pleasant Hill Road, west of Bryan.

DPS said a semi towing a trailer failed to yield while exiting a private driveway and was rear-ended by a car.

The car driver, Miranda Meckel, 26, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The semi-truck driver was uninjured in the crash.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
