Mother and Child Hospitalized after San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 35 near Lanark
San Antonio, Texas (February 1, 2019) – A mother and a child were injured Thursday night in a two-vehicle crash on a San Antonio freeway, according to a local news release.
The crash took place at about 9:00 p.m. January 31, on Interstate 35 near Lanark.
Police said two vehicles were speeding on the freeway when one of them attempted to change lanes and crashed into the other. The impact caused both vehicles to rotate out.
One of the cars had a mother and a child. The two were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The police are investigating the crash.
