Motorcyclist Hit, Injured by Police Car at Highway 75 and Town Center Road in Sherman

Rider Hospitalized after Sherman Motorcycle Accident at Highway 75 and Town Center Road

Sherman, Texas (April 19, 2022) – A motorcyclist was injured after being struck by a police car Sunday in Sherman, according to a report by the Denison Police Department.

The crash took place in the area of Highway 75 and Town Center Road on April 17.

Authorities said the motorcyclist collided with a Denison patrol car that was turning onto Town Center Road off the Highway 75 service road.

The motorcyclist sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital.

The Denison Police Officer did not suffer any injuries.

The Sherman Police Department is investigating the accident.
