Motorcyclist Hit, Killed by Vehicle on Overbrook Lane in Houston

One Killed in Houston Motorcycle Crash on Overbrook Lane

Houston, Texas (April 12, 2022) – A motorcyclist was hit and killed by a vehicle Saturday night in Houston, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 9:50 p.m., April 9, in the 12100 block of Overbrook Lane.

Police said a male was riding a red Yamaha FZ6 motorcycle westbound at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the motorcycle and put it down on its side. He was then struck by an eastbound black Mitsubishi Lancer.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The Mitsubishi driver, a 36-year-old man, was not intoxicated at the time of the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
