Motorcyclist Killed in Longview Crash on Loop 281 near Bodacious Barbecue

Longview, Texas (May 3, 2022) – A motorcyclist was killed in a collision with an SUV Saturday afternoon in Longview, according to Longview police.

The deadly crash occurred at about 1:30 p.m. Saturday, April 30, in the 1300 block of W. Loop 281 near Bodacious Barbecue.

Police said the SUV collided with the motorcyclist in the area under unclear circumstances.

The motorcyclist, whose name has not been disclosed pending notification of family, died at the scene.

No further details about the crash were immediately available.

The accident remains under investigation.
