One Seriously Hurt in Austin Motorcycle Crash on I-35 near Oltorf Street

Austin, Texas (June 22, 2019) – A motorcyclist sustained major injuries in a collision that occurred Friday evening in Austin, according to the Austin-Travis County EMS.

The incident occurred at about 5:30 p.m. Friday, June 21, on Interstate 35 near Oltorf Street.

Medics said the rider was involved in a collision with another vehicle. Details on the events leading up to the crash were unavailable.

The rider, identified as a man in his 30s, was transported to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center with serious, non-life-threatening injuries.

No other injuries were reported.
