Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in DUI Crash at FM 1484 and Willis Waukegan Road/FM 2432 in Conroe

Man Seriously Injured in Conroe Motorcycle Crash at FM 1484 and Willis Waukegan Road/FM 2432

Conroe, Texas (August 14, 2021) – According to the police, a man was seriously injured Friday night in a motorcycle crash in Conroe.

The crash happened around 10:15 p.m., August 13, at the intersection of FM 1484 and Willis Waukegan Road/FM 2432.

Police said a man was riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle and was waiting at a red light when he was rear-ended by a Plymouth Town and Country van driven by an alleged impaired female driver.

The force of the impact threw the man onto the windshield of the van.

The man was taken to the hospital with a severe head injury and was listed in critical condition.

Investigators ordered a blood draw for the woman to determine her impairment level. 

The Texas DPS is investigating the crash.
