Nathan Ortiz Hit, Killed by Car on North Loop in Lower Valley

Nathan Ortiz Killed in Lower Valley Pedestrian Accident on North Loop

Lower Valley, Texas (December 21, 2022) – The teenager who was killed Sunday evening in a pedestrian accident in the Lower Valley has been identified as Nathan Alexander Ortiz,16, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 7:00 p.m., December 18, in the 9200 block of North Loop.

Police said Ortiz was crossing the street, outside of a crosswalk, when he was struck by an eastbound 2016 Nissan Altima.

Ortiz was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

No other information was available.

The police are investigating the crash.
