Off-Duty Federal Officer Injured in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Loop 410

San Antonio, Texas (December 6, 2019) – An off-duty federal officer was injured in a rear-end crash Wednesday night in San Antonio, near Ingram Park Mall, according to a local news release.

The crash happened around 9:00 p.m. on December 4, on Loop 410 near Culebra Road.

Police said a vehicle had stalled on the shoulder of Loop 410, causing the officer to slow down. The officer’s car was then rear-ended by another car.

The officer was taken to the hospital for treatment. The other driver was treated at the scene.

The police are investigating the crash.
