One Injured in Winkler County Car Crash on Highway 302

Winkler County, Texas (February 27, 2021) – One person was injured in a fiery traffic collision early Friday morning in Winkler County, according to deputies.

The crash occurred around 12:36 a.m., February 26, on Highway 302. 

Deputies said vehicles collided on the highway. One of the vehicles became fully engulfed in flames following the collision.

One person was taken to the hospital in stable condition. 

No other details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
