One Injured in Head-On Crash on Sherwood Way in San Angelo

Driver Hospitalized After San Angelo Two-Vehicle Crash on Sherwood Way

San Angelo, Texas (September 5, 2020) – One person was injured in a head-on collision Thursday afternoon in San Angelo, according to police.

The crash occurred around noon, September 3, on Sherwood Way near Southwest Boulevard.

Police said a white Chevrolet Tahoe was heading eastbound on Sherwood Way when it collided head-on with a black GMC pickup that pulled out of a private drive.

The Tahoe driver was taken to Shannon Medical Center with unknown injuries.

The GMC driver was cited for failure to yield the right of way.

The crash remains under investigation.
