One Injured in Wrong-Way Crash on North Loop in Houston; Woman Arrested

One Injured in Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on North Loop near Homestead Road; Woman Arrested

Houston, Texas (July 20, 2020) – One person was injured Sunday morning in a wrong-way crash in northeast Houston, according to deputies.

The crash happened on July 19, on the North Loop, near Homestead Road.

Deputies said they were following the woman as she drove the wrong way on the loop before she crashed into another vehicle.

The woman was arrested and taken into custody.

The other driver sustained minor injuries.

No other details were provided.

An investigation is underway.
