1 Killed and One Injured in Conroe Two-Vehicle Crash at Montgomery Park Boulevard and North Loop 336

Conroe, Texas (April 20, 2020) – One person was killed, and another was injured in a two-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon in Conroe, according to a local news source.

The fatal crash happened just after 1:00 p.m. April 19, at the intersection of Montgomery Park Boulevard and North Loop 336.

According to the report, a sedan was traveling on Montgomery Park Boulevard when it turned onto North Loop 336 and was hit by a westbound truck.

The driver of the sedan was declared dead at the scene. Their identity has not been released.

The truck driver sustained a knee injury.

Officials said rain-slicked roads and poor visibility might have been factors in the crash.

The crash closed North Loop 336 for over an hour.

The crash remains under investigation.
