One Killed in Salado Two-Vehicle Crash on FM 2484

Salado, Texas (October 28, 2020) – One person was killed in a head-on collision Tuesday morning west of Salado, according to a local news source.

The fatal crash happened just before 10:00 a.m., October 27, on FM 2484.

Authorities said a car was traveling eastbound on the highway when it crossed the center line and crashed head-on into a westbound utility truck.

The car driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim’s identity has not been released.

No other information was provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
