Man Killed in Winkler County Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 302

Winkler County, Texas (September 29, 2020) – A man was killed in a head-on collision Sunday night in Winkler County, according to troopers.

The fatal crash happened around 9:09 p.m., September 27, on Highway 302, four miles east of Kermit.

Troopers said the man was driving westbound on the highway when he crossed the center line and collided head-on with a semi-truck.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other information regarding the crash was provided.

The troopers are investigating the crash.
