One Killed in Rear-End Crash on I-35 near Milford

Driver Killed in Milford Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 35

Milford, Texas (July 24, 2020) – According to DPS, a driver was killed in a rear-end collision Thursday afternoon, south of Milford and northeast of Hillsboro.

The fatal crash occurred around 4:20 p.m., July 23, on Interstate 35-E, near mile marker 377.

DPS said a BMW 550 was attempting to pass cars on the northbound shoulder of the freeway when it rear-ended a parked 18-wheeler.

The BMW driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Their identity has not been released.

No other information was available.

The crash remains under investigation.
