61-Year-Old Patricia Blue Gilbert Killed in Fort Worth Pedestrian Accident on Walton Avenue

Fort Worth, Texas (April 6, 2020) – The 61-year-old woman who was killed in a hit-and-run accident early Sunday morning in Fort Worth has been identified as Patricia Blue Gilbert of Fort Worth, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office.

The deadly accident happened around 2:40 a.m. April 5, in the 2600 block of Walton Avenue.

Police said Gilbert was struck by an unknown sedan on the street. The sedan then fled the scene.

Gilbert was taken to a local hospital where she died.

No further details regarding the crash were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
