Patricia Radican Killed in Smith County Pedestrian Accident on State Highway 110 

Smith County, Texas (December 22, 2021) – A woman was killed Monday night in a hit-and-run accident in Smith County, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The deadly accident happened just before 10:00 p.m., December 20, on State Highway 110.

DPS said Patricia G. Radican, 69, of Gun Barrel City, was standing on the roadway when she was struck by an unknown northbound vehicle.

The vehicle fled the scene after the accident and was last seen heading northbound.

Radican was taken to UT Health East Texas – Tyler, where she was pronounced dead.

The DPS is investigating the crash.
