Person Injured in Harris County Pedestrian Accident on Houston Oaks

Harris County, Texas (March 17, 2019) – A pedestrian was hospitalized with major injuries after being struck in a suspected street racing incident early Sunday morning in northwest Harris County, according to the authorities.
The incident happened at about 5 a.m. in the 10111 block of Houston Oaks.
Police said the male victim was standing outside when a red vehicle struck him.
The victim was rushed to a hospital in critical condition.
The authorities suspect the driver of the red car had been in a street race when the accident occurred.
