Elderly Man Seriously Injured in San Antonio Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident on Nogalitos Street near Division Street

San Antonio, Texas (September 2, 2019) – A pedestrian was injured after being hit by a hit-and-run driver Saturday evening in San Antonio, according to a local news source.

The hit-and-run pedestrian accident happened at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday, August 31st on Nogalitos Street near Division Street.

As per the local news report, the pedestrian, an elderly man in his 70’s, was crossing Nogalitos Street when for an unknown reason, he was hit by a vehicle, whose driver fled the scene.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and they found the elderly man lying in the roadway seriously injured. He was taken to BAMC where he was listed in serious condition.

Authorities are still looking for the hit-and-run motorist.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
