Person Hurt in Lower Valley Pedestrian Crash at Soccoro Road and S. Americas Avenue

Lower Valley, Texas (July 11, 2019) – A person was injured in a hit-and-run collision early Thursday morning in Lower Valley, according to El Paso police.

The incident took place shortly after 6:30 a.m. at Soccoro Road and S. Americas Avenue.

Police said a pedestrian was hit by a car.

The pedestrian was treated for minor injuries.

Police said the suspect vehicle was located shortly after and two people were taken into custody.

The crash is under investigation.
