One Seriously Injured in Lubbock Pedestrian Accident on 42nd Street and Avenue U

Lubbock, Texas (December 13, 2022) – According to the police, a person was seriously injured Monday evening in a pedestrian accident in Lubbock.

The accident happened around 6:16 p.m., December 12, on 42nd Street and Avenue U.

Police said a pedestrian was taken to UMC after being struck by a vehicle.

The driver was not impaired at the time of the crash.

No additional information was available.

The police are investigating the crash.
