Pedestrian Killed in Hit-and-Run Accident on Gulf Freeway in Houston
One Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on Gulf Freeway (South Interstate Highway 45)
Houston, Texas (December 5, 2019) – A pedestrian was killed early Sunday morning in an alleged hit-and-run accident in Houston, according to the police.
The deadly accident occurred at about 5:20 a.m. December 1, at 4034 Gulf Freeway (South Interstate Highway 45).
Police said a black pedestrian was attempting to cross the freeway when they were hit by a vehicle. That vehicle fled the scene.
A while later, a black Toyota Corolla and a white Lincoln Navigator, both heading southbound, also hit the pedestrian. Both drivers stopped and called the police.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
