One Killed in Odessa Pedestrian Accident on Highway 191

Odessa, Texas (August 14, 2022) – According to the police, one person was killed Saturday night in a pedestrian accident in Odessa.

The deadly accident happened around 10:00 p.m., August 13, in the 8200 block of Highway 191.

Police said a gold 2006 Honda Civic was traveling westbound on the highway when it struck a pedestrian who was crossing the highway southbound.

The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim’s identity has not been released.

The police are investigating the crash.
