Pedestrian Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash on NE 28th Street in Fort Worth

Man Killed in Fort Worth Pedestrian Accident on NE 28th Street near Sylvania Avenue

Fort Worth, Texas (November 22, 2020) – A man was killed Friday night in a hit-and-run crash in Fort Worth, according to police.

The deadly accident occurred just before 11:30 p.m., November 20, on NE 28th Street, near Sylvania Avenue.

Police said the man was crossing the street when an SUV ran a red light and hit him. The SUV driver fled the scene after the accident.

The victim was then struck by another SUV, which also fled the scene.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The police are looking for the two drivers.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
