Man Seriously Injured in San Antonio Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash on Fredericksburg Road

San Antonio, Texas (January 18, 2020) – A man in his 20s was seriously injured in a hit-and-run accident Friday night in San Antonio, police said.

The accident happened on Friday, January 17, in the 1100 block of Fredericksburg Road, near I-10.

Police said the man was crossing the street, outside of a crosswalk, when he was hit by a vehicle.

The driver fled the scene after the accident.

The victim was taken to University Hospital with serious injuries.

The police are investigating the crash.
