One Seriously Injured in East Austin Pedestrian Accident on Cameron Road

Austin, Texas (October 27, 2020) – A person was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident Monday afternoon in East Austin, according to officials.

The accident happened around 1:30 p.m., October 26, in the 7500 block of Cameron Road.

Officials said the pedestrian was struck by a vehicle, for unknown reasons, on the roadway.

The victim, an adult, was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
