Person Seriously Injured in Lubbock Pedestrian Accident on University Avenue

Lubbock, Texas (March 21, 2021) – One person was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident on Saturday in Lubbock, according to a local news source.

The accident happened just before midnight, on March 20, in the 1000 block of University Avenue.

According to the report, a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle, for unknown reasons, on the roadway.

The victim was taken to UMC with serious injuries.

The crash closed the northbound lanes of University Avenue.

No other details were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
