Pedestrian Killed in El Paso Traffic Crash on I-10 East

El Paso, Texas (May 13, 2019) – A person died in an auto-pedestrian accident that occurred in El Paso Sunday morning, police said.
The crash, which occurred just after 11 a.m. Sunday, May 12, took place on I-10 East and Schuster Street.
The events leading up to the collision were not immediately established.
Police said a pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
There were many vehicles pulled to the side of the road after the incident. It’s unclear whether the involved driver stayed at the scene.
The El Paso Police Department is investigating the collision.
