Peter Cohen Killed in Bryan Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident at North Bryan Avenue and West William J. Bryan Parkway

Bryan, Texas (June 5, 2020) – According to the police, a man was killed on Wednesday in a hit-and-run crash at a Bryan intersection.

The deadly accident occurred just after 12:30 a.m. June 3, at the intersection of North Bryan Avenue and West William J. Bryan Parkway.

Police said 49-year-old Peter Cohen, of Bryan, was struck by a car at the intersection.

The car fled the scene after the accident.

Cohen was found at the intersection and was taken to the hospital in critical condition, where he died on Wednesday night.

The police are looking for the suspect. They are asking the public if they have any surveillance video of the area between 12 a.m. and 1 a.m. If you have a business in the area, check your cameras if you have security footage.

An investigation is underway. Anyone with information is asked to call the Bryan Police Department at 979-209-5300.
