Phylette Harrison Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash on Rugged Drive in Dallas

51-Year-Old Phylette Harrison Killed in Dallas Pedestrian Accident on Rugged Drive

Dallas, Texas (April 29, 2020) – According to Dallas police, a woman was killed Tuesday night in a hit-and-run accident in central Oak Cliff.

The deadly accident happened around 9:00 p.m. on April 28, in the 3900 block of Rugged Drive.

Police said 51-year-old Phylette Harrison was struck by a dark-colored SUV, which then fled the scene after the accident.

Harrison was rushed to the hospital, where she later died.

The driver hasn’t yet been found.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
