Pilar Moon Killed in Odessa Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 20

Odessa, Texas (October 30, 2022) – According to the police, a woman was killed early Thursday morning in a pedestrian accident in Odessa.

The deadly accident happened just after 1:00 a.m., October 27, in the eastbound lanes of the 2400 block of W Interstate 20.

Police said Pilar Moon, of Kermit, was walking in the outside eastbound lane when he was struck by an eastbound White 2020 International Truck Tractor that was traveling in the outside lane.

Moon was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other information was available.

The police are investigating the crash.
