Pregnant Woman Injured in Car Crash on Chadbourne Street in San Angelo

Pregnant Woman Injured in San Angelo Two-Vehicle Crash on Chadbourne Street at FM 765

San Angelo, Texas (April 17, 2021) – A pregnant woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon in San Angelo, according to police.

The crash happened on April 15, at the intersection of S. Chadbourne Street and FM 765.

Police said a pregnant woman was driving a gray Nissan four-door passenger car southbound on S. Chadbourne Street and was slowing down to turn left onto FM 765.

The Nissan was then rear-ended by a white Dodge Pickup pulling a flatbed trailer that was traveling at high speed.

The pregnant woman was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.  

The Dodge driver was cited for failure to control speed. 

The crash remains under investigation.
