Roger Dollison Killed in Longview Motorcycle Accident on Interstate 20

Roger Dollison ID’d as Motorcyclist Killed in Interstate 20 Crash near Estes Parkway in Longview

Longview, Texas (August 6, 2022) – Authorities have identified the motorcyclist who was killed in a collision with a dump truck Friday morning in Longview.

Roger Dollison, 53, died in the crash that took place on Interstate 20, just west of Estes Parkway, on August 5.

Dollison, a resident of Longview, was riding his motorcycle westbound on Interstate 20 when he attempted to go around a dump truck but instead struck it.

Dollison, who was not wearing a helmet, was pronounced dead at the scene.

This crash remains under investigation. Additional information is not available at this time.
