Hartley County, Texas (July 18, 2020) – One person was killed, and another was injured in a two-vehicle crash Thursday night in Hartley County, south of Channing, according to troopers.

A passenger in the Camaro, Russell Rice of Dalhart, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Kelley was uninjured in the crash.

Both Kelley and Russell were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash while Rice was not.

The crash remains under investigation.
