Ryan Griffin Identified as Man Killed in Robertson County Crash on Highway 6 near OSR

Robertson County, Texas (February 26, 2019) – A man was killed in a fatal two-vehicle collision on Monday morning in Robertson County, according to the Department of Public Safety.
The crash occurred on Highway 6 near OSR on Monday, February 25.
DPS said Ryan Griffin, 23, of Bryan, was driving a Mazda on the highway when he crossed over the paved median and collided head-on with an oncoming Ford pickup truck.
Griffin died at the scene of the crash.
The driver of the Ford was taken to CHI St. Joseph Health in Bryan with minor injuries.
The crash caused a closure of the highway for several hours as the scene was examined and cleared.
The DPS is investigating the cause of the crash.
