78-Year-Old Salvador Melendez Carcamo Killed in Edgecliff Village Hit-and-Run Accident on Village Parkways

Edgecliff Village, Texas (April 6, 2020) – According to a local news source, the man who was critically injured last month in a hit-and-run accident in the Edgecliff Village has died.

The accident happened around 10:00 p.m. on March 24, in the 6600 block of Village Parkways.

According to the report, 78-year-old Salvador Melendez Carcamo was walking along Village Parkways when he was struck by a vehicle.

The driver fled the scene after the accident.

Carcamo was taken to a local hospital with critical injuries. He succumbed to his injuries on April 3.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
