Sandy Susan Killed in Bee County Two-Vehicle Crash on U.S. Highway 181
Bee County, Texas (September 19, 2019) – A woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon in Bee County, a local news source reported.
The crash happened around 4:08 p.m. September 17, on the U.S. Highway 181 off-ramp.
DPS said Sandy Susan, 47, of Hebbronville, was driving a 2009 Chevy Impala southwest when she failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign and was hit by a 2013 Chevy Silverado driven by a man.
Susan was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man was taken to the Christus Spohn Hospital Beeville with non-life threatening injuries.
The DPS troopers are investigating the crash.
