68-Year-Old Saul Figureoa Valles Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Enrique M. Barrera Parkway

San Antonio, Texas (April 30, 2020) – The San Antonio police are looking for the driver who was involved in a hit-and-run accident that left an elderly man dead earlier this month in San Antonio.

The accident happened around 8:30 p.m. on April 4, on Enrique M. Barrera Parkway.

Police said Saul Figureoa Valles, 68, was walking in the eastbound lanes of the parkway when he was struck by a red sedan.

The driver fled the scene without rendering aid.

Valles was taken to the hospital, where he died nine days later.

The police are looking for the driver, who will likely be charged for failure to stop and render aid resulting in death if found.

The sedan has a broken windshield.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000 for any information that will lead to the arrest of the suspect. To be eligible for the reward, all tips must be anonymous and made directly to Crime Stoppers.
